Rosemary Flatbread

Sorry it's been a year(!) since I posted, but I have been busy making things. This week it's a worknight recipe from smitten kitchen for rosemary flatbread. It was fabulous. Salty and rosemary and olive oily.

Lightly kneaded dough:
